Ordering and Shipping Policies
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship all in-stock orders within 48 to 72 hours of order placement. Out-of-stock orders usually ship within 10-14 days. We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PRODUCTS in the USA. North Carolina residents will have add 7% sales tax added automatically.
RETURN POLICY:
Spargo Enterprises, Inc. will gladly replace any merchandise that is received with a manufacturer defect with an exact exchange. If for any reason your order is ever damaged during transit by carrier to you, Spargo Enterprises, Inc. will be happy to replace your order free of charge provided you return the Mosquito Magic® product(s) to us in the original packaging within 5 days of receipt. Returns MUST be requested within 5 days of receipt of the product. All returns MUST be AUTHORIZED by a Spargo Enterprises representative (a return authorization number MUST be placed on the label of the returned item). Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Any authorized return will be exchanged or replaced. Any REFUSED order is the responsibility of the customer. Any products that have been opened and used by the purchaser are not returnable.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will gladly cancel any order for which we have not shipped. After shipping has been completed orders cannot be cancelled. AVAILABILITY: Any in-stock item will ship within 48-72 hours. Any out of stock item will normally ship in 10 to 14 days. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know at the time the order is placed in the comments area on the order form.
